It is BlueBerryMuffin's shop
I was attracted by what she sells downstairs.. Black butler :D

She also have a shop upstairs! Some are Happy tree friends, Spongebob Squarepants characters, Winnie the pooh and etc.

He sells furnitures downstairs which are really nice for your house

I just recently knew her shop by her shop turtle at SC and thought the turtle is nice so i tried to take a look at her shop
Her paper avis are really nice and i asked her if she's new to making a shop and said yes
So it will be a really big help if you go visit her

She sells really nice realistic avis. These are really nice and she sells good clothes that you can use for fashion shows (Themes like easter,christmas etc.). I think what made her famous is her monster high avatars.
If you're a monster high fan, Diamondbloom's shop is good for you

Well you all know Trustgone, He is a very good creator of spooky avatars
He always advertise on shopping city so it won't be hard to find him
If you didn't got into his shop yet, You need to visit it.. It is worth the visit
